Ranikhet Tourism
Ranikhet is a famous hill station situated in Almora district it is 45 km away from Almora. This is home of Kumaun regiment with it's main office and it has an Army hospital which is run by Indian Army. Ranikhet is at 6132 ft high from sea level.

Mankameshwar Temple
This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and built-up by Kumaun regiment.

This little lake increases beauty of this town this is situated near Mar Singh ground it gives relief to visitors and chances to do boating.
Binsar Mahadev
This is situated approximate 25 km away from Ranikhet in a jungle and this is dedicated to Lord Shiva one glance of this temple gives positive energy and a new perception, every year Mela takes place here for 12 days in the month of Sawan.
Haidakhan Temple
This is well known temple in Ranikhet and this is 4 km far from Ranikhet this is dedicated to Lord Shiva this was made by Shri Haidakhan Maharaj.
Majkhali

KRC (Kumaon Regimental Centre) Museum
This is the center of Kumaun regiment and maintained by Kumaun regiment and it's sister Naga regiment this museum has a big collection of Heroes and their stories, on the wall you will get weapons,flags and our heroes pocketed form enemies and LTTE boat which they got from operation PAWN.
This museum tells the story of most successful and awarded regiment and we can perceive it in this museum it has all stories tell us the contribution of Kumaun regiment in World war, Indo Pakistan war, Indo China war and Kargil was.
This museum Is well decorated by Army and if you visit so you will get a guide who belongs to Army he will help you to understand the stories of our heroes. Photography is not allowed inside the house, A visit to this Museum is must when going to Ranikhet. One gets a strong feeling of patriotism when visiting this museum.
Jhula Devi temple
Khula Devi Mandir is located 7 km away from Ranikhet
It is said that the dense jungle near the temple was once full of wild animals, leopards and tigers used to attack local villagers. Villagers started praying ma Durga and one day mata came in dream of a man and advised him to built-up a temple this temple was made at the spot where the man found Mata's idol since people go to make fulfill their wishes and when it gets completed they offer ghanti(bell).
Rama Mandir (temple)
Located in the vicinity of Jhula Devi temple is the Rama Mandir, dedicated to lord Rama. This placed used to be an Ashram where students used to get Gyan about Vedas.
Chaubatia Gardens

One of the highest golf courses in Asia, the famous Upat Golf Course also known as Ranikhet Golf Course is situated only 6 km away from Ranikhet. It is located near Ghingari Khal and is looked after by the Kumaon Regiment this is also best place to visit.
