Bhowali is a well known destination for nature lover and this is located only 11 km away from Nainital and 13 km from Bhimtal. This is at 1654 meters above the Sea level, bhowali tehsil is one is the 8 subdivisions in Nainital.

 World famous Kainchi Sham is just 8 km away from Bhowal, it is believed that Maharaj was prophet of lord Hanuman.

Another temple is ancient Jabar Mahadev this is near Bhowali this is dedicated to Lord Shiva best thing about this temple is that the Linga of this temple is made by Wood it is an ancient but still Linga is in its ancient from.
